Our Farm

We’re a small, joyful mini-farm with 23 feathered friends. Our flock includes bantams, big hens, and a few outspoken call ducks.

They live in a roomy pen with toys, treats, and plenty of bugs to chase. Even their dusty “spa pedicures” keep them happy and healthy.
Chefs and bakers agree: our eggs stand out. With golden yolks, rich flavor, and happy-hen energy, they’re better than the average dozen.

Yard Egg Care

Our eggs are non-graded, which means they come in many sizes.

To keep them fresh longer, we leave the natural protective bloom on the shells. (It’s invisible, but you’ll feel it wash away when rinsed.)
~
Unwashed eggs can stay good for up to one month at room temperature. Check the date on your carton.

SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Do not refrigerate unwashed eggs.
- Always refrigerate washed eggs.

FDA STUFF
To reduce the risk of illness:
- Wash eggs before use.
- Cook eggs until yolks are firm.
- Fully cook foods that contain eggs.
